本人是上班族一枚,通过业余时间练习瑜伽发现非常有助于缓解久坐上班带来的腰酸背痛脖子僵的问题,师从印度瑜伽导师“最佳后弯示范者”Yogacharya Prof. Prabhuji,目前已练习近四年,并以优异成绩通过了全美瑜伽联盟200hr Advanced Prabhu Yoga International Teacher traing course 200小时高级瑜伽教师认证(RYT200)。同时因为我本人是从事医药行业,结合瑜伽,可以通过简单的人体解剖学知识让你了解如何根据自己的身体结构选择适合自己的瑜伽体式和习练方法,一起来强身健体放松身心吧!

What we’ll do

1. 介绍瑜伽的传统流派、瑜伽的理念 2. 大概讲解1-2个瑜伽基本体式,比如下犬式、山式、眼镜蛇姿势、婴儿式 3. 调息,在呼吸中放松身心 4. 带领大家进行瑜伽串联体式练习,并且根据大家的身体情况做出相应的调整,让大家从解剖学的角度对自己的身体产生自我觉知和认识 5. 进入瑜伽休息体式,彻底放松自我 6. 解答大家对于瑜伽的问题
