What you'll do
At each 'A taste of Jamacia' experience, we'll start with a welcoming and refreshing fruit smoothies. we will talk a bit about your favorite Jamaican foods, the culture and experiences . A few hands on cooking demo where you get to learn how to cook perfectly golden reap fried plantains and moist, juicy jerk chicken. You will also catch the master chef yours truly, in action preparing the entrée of your choice or preference for the session.
Marvin Gayle, found his passion for food and cooking at the tender age of 9 on a sweet potato farm in Manchester Jamaica. He has over 20 years cooking experience, was classically trained in haute and nouvelle cuisine at Stratford Chef school. He currently runs his own catering service Gayle's Catering; high standard service and noted meals. Gayle's Catering offer weekly dinners to your door service, tasty Sunday brunch, weekly cooking lessons and many more catering services.

Where you'll be
we will be in my clean and spacious kitchen plus my beautiful and welcoming backyard patio during the summer months or as weather permits during colder season.
Things to keep in mind
For a full refund, cancel at least 7 days before the experience is scheduled to start or within 24 hours of purchase.
Always communicate through Airbnb. To protect your payment, never transfer money or communicate outside of the Airbnb website or app.
Up to 7 guests ages 15 and up can attend. guess should be comfortable using a knife. guess should be open to trying some spicy food. guess should disclose any food allergy and restriction. guess should have some form of close feet shoe.
You’ll need to take a picture of yourself that matches the photo on your ID. This is so Airbnb can confirm who’s actually going on the experience. You’ll only have to do this once.
make note of tasting start time. try and arrive 5-7 minutes early don't worry about parking.
