What you'll do
See a different side of Paris you never knew existed! You will participate in a fitness trail of approximately 6 km (4 miles) immersed in the nature and fresh air of the Bois de Vincennes. To guide you through the beautiful gems of the wood, far from the touristic crowds, we are experienced sports coaches. We will start with a light warm-up overseeing a lovely lake. We will follow a soft pace so that you can appreciate the Parisian nature. Some breaks will be given along the way for photo opportunities at the nicest spots. A short bootcamp session will also take place, just before continuing our run to the Parc Floral de Paris, where we will complete the experience with a light stretching session. To finish the tour, you will discover the Castle de Vincennes and its magnificent history.
We are a group of friends, Stacey (American coach), Thibault (French tri athlète), and I (Juliana, Brazilian gymnast), all passionate about sports and fitness. We work at the French National Sports Institute, located in the Bois, with an expert knowledge of the surrounding area. Each of us specializing in different sports including running, cycling, swimming, gymnastics and cross training. Where you'll be
We will run in the Bois de Vincennes, the largest Parisian landscape park located at the eastern side of the city. We will see the lovely Daumesnil lake, the botanical gardens of the Parc floral and the Castle de Vincennes, a wonderful witness to French medieval architecture.

Wear appropriate sports clothing and shoes. Weather adaptations including rain gear. We will provide carry along storage for small items. Tour is adapted to all fitness levels with easy inclines.
