What you'll do
Get to know the sari (an unstitched garment) in this hands-on experience as you learn about the craftspeople who make them and why Mahatma Gandhi supported them, as well as how the relevance of sari in Indian society has changed over time. You'll practice draping the sari in four different regional styles, and I'll have a range of handspun cottons and silks on display.
