What you'll do
This 4-day journey will guide you through a maze of tiny barren islands, each charming you with deciduous forests, sea meadows, bird sanctuaries, and surreal landscapes.
Every night, you will gather around the fire, warming your body with a hot stew and enjoying the flora of your labor with the group. Later, you will rest your eyes to the tranquil sounds of nature and the smell of fresh pine.
Every morning, you will wake up to discover a new island, as you paddle through pockets of the Baltic Sea to explore an entirely new terrain.

Do the North has been sending out hopeful adventurers into the Saint Anna maze for well over a decade. This very unique culinary kayaking adventure is led by a seasoned kayaking guide as well as me, your wilderness chef. I was one of the founders of Do the North and have been cooking up over-the top food on the open fire my whole life. I ran a restaurant for a few years until I decided to return to my roots and do what I love the most - cooking in the wild outdoors.
