What you'll do

Learn to make traditional savory bites—okonomiyaki and gyoza—with a Japanese chef. We’ll start with a conversation about Japanese cuisine and lifestyle, then we’ll make our first dish, okonomiyaki, a Japanese-style savory pancake using various vegetables and meat. Next, we’ll make a crispy and juicy “gyoza pizza”—it looks like a beautiful flower. We’ll pair our freshly-made dishes with some premium sake. Then we'll head to my local supermarket and I'll show you foods you might not be familiar with and offer insider shopping tips.
