What you'll do
The workshop runs on selected days from 10am-4.30pm and is for a minimum of 1 and maximum of 5 people Based in an old Victorian warehouse close to the Olympic Park in East London award winning photographers Eddie Mulholland & Jeff Moore will take you through the basic techniques of taking, processing and printing traditional black and white film The morning will be spent taking photographs around the Fish Island and nearby the Olympic Park followed by a quick bite to eat and chat. Then it's back to the darkroom for processing and printing. Pictures of the day will posted on the photo gallery. Cameras, film and chemicals are provided and a light meal is included in the fee. We have over 30 years of professional photography experience. Working in the high pressure environment of news photography and the creative Worlds of PR, Marketing & Advertising . Although early adopters of digital photography our passion has always been traditional Black & White film photography. Both have never stopped shooting film & using the darkroom.

Where you'll be
The morning is spent on Fish Island (Hackney Wick) next to the Olympic Park in East London. Once a big industrial estate now a creative hub full of artists workshops and creative spaces . Walls & buildings are covered in graffiti & artwork. The Afternoon is spent in the darkroom based in Stratford a short walk from Fish Island passing the Olympic park.
