What you'll do
Ready for something special? We will go to the depth of the jungles, where an ancient Buddhist monastery is nested. So many wildlife we will see on the way: monkeys, buffalos, wild boars and peacocks. A monastery is more than 2000 years old: ruins of the temples and palaces; caves, where monks meditate, - a live history under the open sky for you to explore!Surrounded by untouched nature of Yala Park and so in harmony with it. We will walk through the forest and magnificent labyrinth of huge rocks towards the main Dagoda. We will meditate on the top of the rock, where all Yala will be in front of you in all it’s beauty. I will teach you Anapana Sati - traditional Bhuddist meditation, which is easy to practice for everyone, and meditation with elements.
I’ve been practicing yoga for 9 years and teaching for last 4 years in magnificent SriLanka. I do yoga retreats and tours, art therapy workshops and bodywork training. Here I participated in several Vipassana meditation courses. That influenced my yoga practice and teaching approach a lot! I’m in love with the island. It’s incredible diversity, nature, rich culture and traditions, sweet people are so inspiring! I’m happy to share my experience and help my guests to change their lives for better. I’m happy to share my knowledge about this beautiful country and meditation with you!

Where you'll be
Situllpawa is one of my favorite places in SriLanka. There is no tourists crowd, so peaceful and quite. Photos are not enough to feel a special atmosphere of that magic place! For centuries many people was living there in the caves, so close to the nature, seeking for enlightenment, - you can imagine, what kind of vibes are there! And the views from the top of the rock are stunning! You will make a lots of great pics of landscape and wildlife
