What you'll do
We kick off by discussing the activities available. Thrilling and exciting activities include coastal hikes, mountain hikes which include an untouched private reserve, exploring extraordinary caves, tubing down the river mouth of a secluded beach with majestic views of castles (yes, castles!), secret lagoon swimming spots, waterfall hikes, an African bush cultural experience and more! No great experience is complete without the inclusion of great food. There is a variety of healthy breakfasts, picnic lunches or perhaps a romantic dinner surprise? - for you to choose from. Experiment with traditional South African cuisine at it's best, perhaps something a little more exotic from the East or a dish from your home favorites. Whatever your tummy desires - will be made with only fresh and wholesome produce and locally sourced ingredients. Vegan and vegetarians can look forward to an earthy offering of organic local fare. A visit to the best cheese maker on the garden route can also arranged.
The beauty of mother nature is what nurtures my soul. The shared creation of good wholesome food is what nurtures my body. The connected interaction with others is what nurtures my mind. With 15 years experience in the hospitality industry as a lodge manager and then private chef, I have worked at and have explored some of the most beautiful nature conservation areas in the country. I have an open, bubbly and welcoming personality and enjoy spending time with people from different cultures, backgrounds and of all ages. I am an avid hiker, adventure seeker and experimenter of authentic food
