Experience the wonder of honey bees in a beautiful, urban farm setting! Bees are so important to our environment and I want to help you learn more about how bees live together in the hive and function as a superorganism. Please wear full length pants, socks that completely cover ankles and closed-toe shoes. Let me know of any bee, food or honey allergies. You might consider wearing unscented sunscreen and bringing a hat for the farm walk.

Where you'll be

We'll visit an educational, urban farm in the greater Sacramento area. We will tour the farm, do some pollinator spotting, learn about the various plants blooming around the farm, open the hive together and then taste some honey and fruit. You will receive the exact address and easy to follow directions along with several reminders before the experience.
