Where you'll be

We will visit the Tin How Temple, which is one of the oldest still-operating Chinese temples in the United States. The temple is dedicated to the goddess Mazu known as the protector of travelers. We will also see the Donaldina Cameron House, a place where a Protestant missionary helped little girls and young women sold into slavery find a safe sanctuary from the violent Tongs that ran the brothels. (Closed Sat. + Sun.)
