What you'll do
Swim &Ritual. *** Special Event ** FULL MOON SWIM OCTOBER 13th ** Moonrise 7 . 15pm Full Moon Swim &RITUAL - A great time to release what no longer serves you!! The first ritual guests experience is a short meditation. We focus on the breath, being present, dropping into the heart and opening up to the sea. Following this, we have the exhilaration of dipping into the Atlantic as an active meditation, Guests will be provided with an offering of oils to bring in to the sea, a really delicious ritual that opens up the senses. The sea is a powerful and healing force to clear and cleanse mind/body/spirit and the power of our intention connects us the this potent energy. After the ritual swim when guests are dressed we take time to be present with the experience. We finish with a hot drink, sweet treats and time to chat. For full/new moon swims there is information on the astrology of the day. On the full moon there is a ritual focused on releasing. The new moon is for setting intentions and dawn is just a super amazing time to throw yourself into the sea and welcome new beginnings! I am a native of Galway, an artist/curator and founder of &Ritual and....a sea swimmer! I have had a life long love of the sea. Swimming in the wild Atlantic never fails to rejuvenate, uplift and revitalise me. The benefits are amazing and there is nothing I enjoy more than to share this incredible experience with others. Swimming for me is mediation in action &Ritual
