What you'll do
Guest reception, technical explanation of how to mix, guests supported by the chef will pile up the pasta, we will choose 2 types of pasta (from 4 of your choice) to be made, technical and practical explanation, guests will be challenged to make pasta, conclusion choosing between 3 types of Roman seasoning, we will eat the one made, in the end we will leave a small illustrated guide to be able to repeat what we have learned at home.
GALEOTTA WAS AMATRICIANA! Giuseppe, a young and talented Roman chef, Lucia, an expert in communication since 13 years in Rome, falls in love thanks to bread-dipping made in the chef's restaurant. Giuseppe loves tradition and Lucia, thanks to her grandmother of Apulian origins, has plenty to sell. Where you'll be
The meeting is inside the restaurant kitchens, and before starting the practical lesson we will go to the adjacent market to buy the necessary products.

Always communicate through Airbnb. To protect your payment, never transfer money or communicate outside of the Airbnb website or app.
Up to 6 guests ages 18 and up can attend.
