Howdy, I'm Coach Daniel. I have been an avid runner since middle school and I love to share my passion, knowledge, and favorite local routes with others. I have experience studying running academically, racing distances from 800m on the track to 50 miles on the trails, and learning how to safely and comfortably run in naturally designed footware/barefoot. What we’ll do

I will teach you proper running form and equip you with drills and exercises to help you run happy and healthy, all in the beauty of a park close to downtown Spokane. After arrival and introductions, we will break running down to it's basic parts with and interactive class of drills and form analysis in the grass. Where you'll be

We will meet at Polly Judd Park at the west end of 14th St. There is plenty of free street parking if you drive. Spokane's bus system also has a stop just a few blocks away or it would be a nice walk/bike/jog from downtown if you're feeling extra environmentally friendly. The technique part of the activity will happen at the park and then we will run on the trails that start right from the park.

Any experience can be cancelled and fully refunded within 24 hours of purchase, or at least 7 days before the experience starts.

Communication policy

Always communicate through Airbnb. To protect your payment, never transfer money or communicate outside of the Airbnb website or app.

Guest requirements

Government ID

You’ll need to take a picture of yourself that matches the photo on your ID. This is so Airbnb can confirm who’s actually going on the experience. You’ll only have to do this once.
