What you'll do

Arrive on time to meet and greet and settle with your spot on the yoga mat. We will start with warm up exercises to each joint and muscle group slow and study with concentrating on breathing. It will be followed by Sun salutations for up to 3 cycles. Balancing posture with complete yogi breathing will follow along with breathing to strengthen the nerves. Clapping and laughing Yoga will follow with triangle posture and warrior posture. Now we sit in lotus posture and continue with pranayama breathing exercises. We continue at this point with twisting posture and several other postures for lower extremities. We continue with several postures for the back and neck. We will continue with several inverse postures and settle down for complete relaxation. Upto this point it may take 60 minutes with taking few breaks in between. Yoga is not complete without mindfulness meditation. We will be doing 20-30 minutes of complete mindfulness meditation and complete relaxation. Weather permitting we may be able to do yoga with alpacas grazing around. Yoga will purify your heart, clarify your mind and beautify your body. Yoga is the complete perfect medicine for the whole family.

It all started when I was in 9 th grade without any goals in life, typical teenager, met my Yoga Guru during my summer vacation which changed my entire life. Practicing Yoga and meditation for the last 35 years now I can undoubtedly say Yoga is my lifeline without which I cannot function. Yoga has given me everything in life without fail. As a teenager it made me realize how important it was to concentrate on health, good habits and studying to achieve my goals in life to become a physician. I continued yoga during my Medical school now as a practicing physician I enjoy teaching yoga.

Newly remodeled Yoga and Meditation studio. Alpacas barn with baby alpacas. 60 acre wooded nature preserve. Lots of hiking trails. Picture perfect lake and Gazebo. Ranch house.

Any experience can be cancelled and fully refunded within 24 hours of purchase, or at least 7 days before the experience starts.

Communication policy

Always communicate through Airbnb. To protect your payment, never transfer money or communicate outside of the Airbnb website or app.

Guest requirements

Up to 10 guests ages 12 and up can attend. Should be able to walk and do minimal exercises with stretching

Government ID

You’ll need to take a picture of yourself that matches the photo on your ID. This is so Airbnb can confirm who’s actually going on the experience. You’ll only have to do this once.
