What you'll do
We will begin this “grill master” experience by teaching you how to start the fire of the parrilla. We will also show you how to season the meat. We will prepare chimichurri sauce and criolla sauce. We will cook morcilla (blood sausage), chorizo (argentine sausage), entraña (skirt steak), ojo de bife (ribeye) and costillar (ribs). We will then relax in a communal table inside one of the most beautiful gardens in Palermo, eat what we prepared and drink wine. (If you want we want can use KOSHER meat, let us know and we will send you more info and the updated price).
Me and my husband opened our parrilla last year (our 4th restaurant). I was a veggie for 6 years but as meat in Argentina that good that I failed. I now allow myself to eat meat on a special day with friends or family. I eat out most of my meals and I travel a lot. I will share with you the difference between professional and amateur cooking, same with the quality of the meat and ingredients. I decided to start hosting Airbnb experiences after many years of hosting friends and food-touring people that somehow got my phone. The head chef of the parrilla will join us and share his expertice.

We will stay inside Jaguel -- It is a parrilla located in one of the most famous gardens of Palermo.
