What you'll do

We will start your food journey in the Brera neighborhood, one of Milan’s hippest area. We will cross narrow and intimate streets of this hystorical and artistic area. We will have a tour of the court of Pinacoteca di Brera (fine art gallery) where I will talk you some true secrets of the place and some interesting curiosity about the lovely Braidense Library dated 1770. After this, slowly we will see some other nice old churches on the way. After this warming walk, you will be ready to sample local delicacies such as focaccia, pizza, ham and cheese with a glass of wine… and get their history as well ! And after the savoury snacks.....of course yes, a great gelato italiano - probably the best you ever had! And if you are not full, another couple of sweet treats! All this through a 3h walks where you can ask me almost any kind of Italian food information! This experience can start with a minimum of 2 persons and normally max 8 ! For more contact me please !
Other things to note
You will visit a charming part of Milan, that don't look like Milan! I am sure you will like it! As the food I selected for you ! For any doubt, questions, modify (as time of start) let me know!

Hello there! I am sociable "boy" of 44 years, after years and years working in big food Companies as buyer of raw material and ingredients, now I share my knowldege with joy and my positive vibes! I love my city and its history, but I have have also travelled quite a lot but not enough, for this reason I love to talk, to cook (and eat of course!) and to drink with positive and nice people coming from everywhere in this beautiful world.

A good introduction to some of the places you might not visit as a tourist. The places he takes you to are worth visiting and the food is excellent. You'll also get to see Milan a bit more from the perspective and culture of a local.

This tour was one of my favorite ever. For the sole reason that Alessandro was so charming and down to earth. I suppose some persons attend the world of tours with only the desire to see, and speak less. But I found the human connection and kindness of such a genuine nature to be the catalyst to which we could fully enjoy the information, history, and food. Sort of a grab bag or brief information and foods, but we’ll balanced and intriguing, as well as delicious. I am very happy we shared this experience and I hope you will come to have a similar experience and leave some of the ritual at home of habit and the pursuit of wealth, and connect and laugh and eat. Of course we all have different passions and interests. I think Alessandro can cater to whomever and all they bring to the tour. He is a charm! Thank you my friend! Nicholas

We really enjoyed the tour through Milano with Alessandro. It was a great mix of culture and food. Alessandro was a real expert on all topics, told fascinating stories, and showed us places which we could never have found on our own. All the food was delicious and of really high quality. We were especially delighted by the platter of cold cuts and the ice cream. Communication with Alessandro was really easy and we felt welcome from the start. We dearly recommend this experience to anyone who is interested in food and culture of Italy.

Alessandro führt anfangs durch das wohlhabende Viertel Brera und gibt Tipps bzgl. sämtlicher Tourifragen. Nach einem Besuch der Universität der Künste werden verschiedene Lokalitäten besucht! Tipp: keinesfalls vorher Essen!
