What you'll do
Avoid the tourists and experience a night out in Nishi-Ogikubo like a true Japanese local. We’ll start at the Factoria Nishiogi co-working space to get to know each other over welcome drinks, then we’ll head out to a small back alley packed with independent bars and restaurants. We’ll visit a few of my favorite hangouts and I’ll introduce you to my friends in the community along the way. This is your chance to visit the quaint and quirky town of Nishi-Ogikubo and dine at spots loved by locals. As many local spots only accept cash, please bring some cash with you.
Spent most of my time in New Zealand and built a digital advertising platform there. Now I am back in Tokyo to grow this business here. I've spent my childhood in Nishi-Ogikubo, Tokyo but experiencing the neighborhood as an adult, has made me fall in love with this unique part of Tokyo all over again. I set up a co-working space in the district called factoria nishiogi and now I want to share all that my neighborhood has to offer with the world.
Welcome drinks I’ll have drinks and snacks upon arrival. After that, it’s up to you how much to spend at each place we visit…

Where you'll be
Nishi-Ogikubo is an often overlooked stop on the Chuo Main Line. We’ll meet at Factoria Nishiogi, one block from the station, and then head out to Yokocho Alley. I’ll arrange a few stops for our night out, based on my favorite places where I know the owners and bartenders.
