What you'll do
We will prepare 10 dairy substitute recipes. We will start with an explanation of the menu and then we will all participate in the preparation of the recipes, we will explain in detail the ingredients that we will use, cooking techniques, tips, etc. The idea is to spend a very pleasant time cooking and talking about current food topics and how to have a healthier life by eating healthier foods and free of processed products. The recipes that we are going to prepare always sweet but free of (Gluten, dairy, eggs, refined sugar): Almond milk, coconut milk, almond cheese spread, nut sour cream, tahini, nacho style cheese, chocolate smoothie, pineapple smoothie and frapuchino. As we go preparing the recipes we will do a tasting. The workshop includes a printed recipe mini book so you can prepare the recipes back at home.

The workshop is in a special kitchen, we have benches, bathroom, air conditioning.

Up to 8 guests ages 16 and up can attend.
You’ll need to take a picture of yourself that matches the photo on your ID. This is so Airbnb can confirm who’s actually going on the experience. You’ll only have to do this once.
