About your host

I'm very passionate about fishing, ever since I was old enough to ride my bike to the nearest Creek. By no means am I a professional or claiming to be one, but if you wanting to join me on the water I'm more than glad to take you along.

What we’ll do

The many times fishing from shore and wishing I could hop on with a solo fishermen or a couple guys passing by on a boat has made me want to offer this experience. Arrangements can be made to pick you up at a hotel, or meet at a pre determined location which also will be the drop off location. If your a local or a tourist, new or experienced all are welcome. Strictly catch and release. Be prepared for poor weather. Enjoy yourself. Be safe. No alcohol on the boat. Communicate, I will tell you what's on my mind, I expect you to have that same right

What I’ll provide

Snacks
Some light snacks, granola bars, chips will be on board for myself and guests.
Drinks
Water bottle will be on board.
Equipment
Gear is available for rent if you don't have your own, for another 50 dollars. Rod, reel, tackle. Life jacket adult size

What to bring

Sun screen
Clothing appropriate for weather
Swim suit if you want to take a break and have a dip
Meal if your wanting to have a long trip
Fluids other than water

Where you'll be

Lake Ontario - weather dependent - alot of species available Loughborough Lake - lake trout - bass Sydenham lake - bass -pike Charleston lake - bass - lake trout Willing to try lakes if requested but these lakes I feel confident in. I've fished alot of lakes in the Kingston area, most likely have been to any lake you request once or twice, but never know, it could be a learning experience for myself and you included. Breaking down lakes is fun.

Guest safety

Outdoor activities carry risks, and you may be exposed to dangerous situations as part of this experience. Make sure you can participate safely given your abilities and the conditions (such as location, weather, and equipment).

Things to keep in mind

Cancellation policy

Any experience can be cancelled and fully refunded within 24 hours of purchase, or at least 7 days before the experience starts.

Communication policy

Always communicate through Airbnb. To protect your payment, never transfer money or communicate outside of the Airbnb website or app.

Guest requirements

Up to 2 guests ages 8 and up can attend. Valid fishing license for Ontario. Life jacket fitting children. Be ready to stand or sit for long periods of time.

Government ID

You’ll need to take a picture of yourself that matches the photo on your ID. This is so Airbnb can confirm who’s actually going on the experience. You’ll only have to do this once.
