What you'll do

We meet at my Airbnb in the forest, where we decide the lenght of the walk together. Then we enter the woods. There is a national park on the other side of the lake, and parts of it is beautiful, mossy, old, untouched forest. We do an old ritual , where to connect with Mother Nature. When we have opened a space for quietly connecting with the Here&Now among the old trees, under the sky, over the roots, you will have time on your own for a while. When you can meditate on a theme or a task chosen or given. Afterwards we will sit down together, and share what we want to share.

I have spend more time outdoors than indoors these last years. My wish is to share my neighbour the forest and show the way into the wild nature to people who are curious about it. I have guided others in nature for years. I have 7 years of experience with Search&Rescue missions outdoors. I also practice sami sjamans traditional seremonies indoors and outdoors. My rituals for forest bathing are both sjamanistic with simple traditional seremonies, and quiet walking meditations.

Where you'll be

Jeg har valgt ut to steder i naturen som ligger i forskjellig avtand fra der vi møtes på mitt Airbnb. En kort og en litt lengre tur, vi tar den som passer gruppen best. Vandringen er en del av meditasjonen. Denne måten å ferdes i naturen på er en tradisjonell måte å samle kraft og finne ro på i den arktiske sjamanismen. De som ikke har opplevd friluftsliv før, vil få en smakebit av det.
