What you'll do
bodyART is an intense holistic, functional and total mind and body workout which combines strength, flexibility, cardio and breathing. The workout is based on the principles of Yin and Yang and the 5 elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine. bodyART training creates a dynamic link between active and passive movement as well as the effects of tension and release. Taking part in this class will effect and balance each individuals needs naturally as they experience a brand new exciting, energizing and challenging barefoot workout. After workout, each participant prepares their very own seasonal smoothie bowl made from fresh fruits, chia, goji, coconut, and the other usual suspects, so everybody can refill their energy reserves properly, and learn how to make these beautiful and delicious creations hands-on! :)

My name is Alexandra and I am practicing and teaching this fantastic workout called bodyArt for long years. People describe me as a positive personality full of energy and creativity. My classes are diversified and challenging, but there is a great emphasis on relaxation as well, which is supported by harmonic koshi bell sound therapy.

Where you'll be
The class is held in our exclusive suite restaurant called Marble Kitchen. The space is located on the scenic top floor of an apartment building in Buda. The glass ceilings ensure we always have plentiful natural sunlight during our classes.
