I'm a farmer and gardener with more than 30 years experience in organic farming and and self-sustainability. Together with my husband Rupert I run a little organic farm in the beautiful mountains of Telemark. What we’ll do

In the class we will make fresh-cheese with goat milk. Step by step you will learn how to prepare and process the milk to turn it into a ready cheese, so that by the end of the day you can do it yourself at home in your own kitchen. Lunch
We will serve a lunch with organic homemade bread, jam, spreads, cheese and coffee or tea.

Where you'll be

The course takes place on Skifterud, a farm that has been run in a natural way and based on organic principles since we came here in 1984. The course itself will take place in our kitchen in an old wood-house.
