What else you should know

Dress for the weather. Wear boots that can get dirty. Wear work clothes.

What I’ll provide

Snacks
Enjoy homemade butter on fresh cooked whole wheat bread, cheese and raw milk after returning to the homestead and processing the day's milk.

What to bring

Bring mud boots and clothes appropriate to the weather.

Where you'll be

We will start at our homestead house on our home farm of 25 acres in Toronto, Ohio, a house that had fallen into disrepair that became our first family project and has been transformed into our beautiful home. We will travel 2 miles up the road to the Franciscan Convent property which we also farm and where we have our cows. There we will milk and soak in the peace of the Franciscan world.
