What you'll do

Do you know that Wagashi has a thousand years' history? It came from China at the Tang Dynasty .That's why at the first time when it arrived Japan, it was called "Tang Gashi". At first, we will learn the history、classification and technology about the Wagashi as we tasting a Wagashi prepared by the teacher. Then we will make four Wagashi by ourselves, when the teacher will teach everyone how to do it step by step. After we finish all of the producing process,we could eat the four Wagashi made by ourselves, or we could put them into beautiful traditional plates to take photos .After that ,we could put them into boxes to take them home. The designs of Wagashi change by the solar terms. For example, we will make the four wagashi called "calamus"、"Chinese mugwort"、"carp" and "sachet".
