What you'll do
When you think about Mexico City, nature and trail running are probably the last things that will pop up in your mind. Until now, that is. This adventure will change your perspective, as I take you out to explore, run and have a great time in a national park with downhill, uphill and flat tracks for every level of running skills. What is best, it's just 35 min away from downtown Mexico City. We'll start with a brief meditation and then hit the trails. Depending on the general disposition, we can adjust the distance and pace. After that, we'll return to a trendy neighborhood in town for a well deserved power breakfast - lunch.
I've been an adventurer and trail runner for more than 7 years. I believe that being physically active and in contact with nature is a key element for human happiness, and one of my life goals is to help cure people through these means. Running in a park therefore can be a transformative, healing experience. I am also the co-founder of the Aire Libre project.

Where you'll be
We'll run in the El Desierto de los Leones national park and then enjoy a power breakfast - lunch in the Colonia Roma neighborhood.
