What we’ll do

Pick up guests via bus in Borgholm. Stop along route 136 to visit the Alvaret and discuss the land when the Vikings were present and introduce 'Inga'. Back on the bus to drive to Odens flisor to tell the story of Oden and let INGA describe what a woman's life would be like - and her roles within the family. Borgholm's Slött - castle ruins overlooking Borgholm - popular tourist destination Stora Alvaret - Barren open spaces with vegetation; geologists have alot to say about the land of Öland and how important it has shifted and changed Oden's flisor - a large rune marking the story of Oden's horses tied there Ismantorp - remains of a Viking village - a nature reserve Himmelsberg Museum - living history site with many buildings and artifacts
