What you'll do
We meet our guests at the gate to the building, show them the typical St.-Petersburg court yard inside the building. We will bring them to our old style and cozy apartment and tell them about it and about our family, that has been living in the historic centre already more than 120 years. We will have a lunch or a dinner with hors d'oeuvres (Russian salad, herring and rye bread), borscht or forest mushroom soup or pea and ham soup; cabbage or meat pie baked to my family heritage recipes; tea and coffee with mouth-watering home-made cookies or cakes or pastry. Vegetarian, lactose-free, glutene-free - we can cater for any requirements. We will have many things to discuss. Q&A sessions are always open and sincere. We speak fluent English and I can speak some Italian and German as well. I used to be a tour guide so I can tell about the city and its history, life in the former USSR and nowadays Russia and just tell Russian jokes. We have two very friendly cats. You are welcome to take as many photos as you like! It is not only about a meal - it is about having a glimpse behind St.Pb doors, having a personal touch to your travel, finding new friends in a different country, about people-to-people diplomacy! If you are traveling alone - you will not be lonely this evening. If you travel with friends - book a dinner with us and you can surprise them!

Where you'll be
We will have our lunch (or dinner) in a traditional St.-Petersburg old style apartment that many tourists like to visit. We will also show a typical St.-Petersburg "water well-shaped" court yard inside the building. The location of the apartment is quite special - almost every building here is a piece of art.
