What you'll do
First we will start of at Glasgow Green home of the People's Palace and the largest terracotta fountain remaining in the world. From there we will cycle along the River Clyde towards the West end of the city. By the riverside we will pass the high court and the main bridges which connect the north and south of the city. After that we will go to Kelvingrove Park. There rests the ruins of an old water powered flint mill my great grandad worked at as a boy. We will also see Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Glasgow university. We can then follow the River Kelvin towards a tranquil waterfall before exploring Glasgow's beautiful botanical gardens. Here rests the remains an abandoned railway station. We will then go back in the direction of the city center. Our Experience will finish in Royal Exchange Square. Here we can get off our bikes walk along "Buchannan Street" before taking an elevator up "The Lighthouse" for panoramic views across the city. Here I can help orientate guests with the city center's main shopping streets and attractions. I will also share recommendations on any evening activities you would like to do.
I've cycled in my city since I was a kid so I know it like the back of my hand. Since starting university I've worked as a bicycle courier. This has given me a unique insight into my community as I have discovered so many cool local sights I'd love to share with my guests. I have a love and passion for my city. Glasgow has many museums, buildings of interest and culture to offer. While of course I can show the usual places tourists go to. I would like to ensure my guests leave feeling they have experienced Glasgow through the eyes of a local guy.
We will use the city hire bikes for this experience. The cost is included.

During our experience I will show you cool things I like in the city's parks (Glasgow green, Kelvingrove, Botanic Gardens) here you will see a fountain, water mill and abandoned railway station. As well as along the rivers (Clyde, and Kelvin) here I will show guests statues bridges and a tranquil waterfall. I will finish off by taking my guests to "the lighthouse" (art gallery) which has a panoramic viewing platform to see across the city.
