What you'll do
We will welcome you with a little juice drink for getting to know each other a little bit. Then Michel will give you a tour on our little farm so that you will meet the animals who are living on our land. You can even give a hand to nourish and to water the animals on the land. Then Michel will show you how to milk the goats and the sheep and you will be invited to have a finger in the pie. With the milk yield we return home and then Sylvia will show you her little and local cheese room and tell about the different stages the milk is going through to be become cheese. Finally with the cream cheese and/or the ricotta we will prepare a little snack accompanied with a home made drink.

With my companion we have a little farm and we take pleasure in developing local products from the harvest of the farm. We love to discover new possibilities and recipes for our walnuts, the many fruits, the honey but we take especially pleasure to share them with our entourage. Michel has Italian origins and his parents were still living autonomous and it is his passion to live as autonomous as possible. He is a beekeeper for more than 45 years by experience, and he is a winemaker also by an experience of 35 years. Sylvia she is inspired and passionate for living autonomous thanks to the author Vladimir Megre who wrote the books on 'Anastasia' and from there she discovered permaculture which was a logical pursuit to practice the philosophy of Anastasia. Little by little we are applying what we know and we are building a very large nest for all the families living on our land.
