What we’ll do

Spend an hour with a master New York Pilates style teacher learning the basics of a Pilates workout. Starting with gentle stretching and working up to leg, abs and arm work on the reformer. Takes place in a work/live bright apartment in the heart of the Upper West Side in New York City.

What I’ll provide

Equipment
Cadillac/Reformer & Chair Pilates equipment as well as weights, balls, bands, straps and water will be provided.

What to bring

Comfortable workout clothes in which the body can be seen fairly easily for correction purposes

Where you'll be

Workouts take place in our studio using Pilates apparatus - a tower reformer, the "chair", balls, bands and rings. Each workout is customized for the individual.

Communication policy

Always communicate through Airbnb. To protect your payment, never transfer money or communicate outside of the Airbnb website or app.

Guest requirements

Up to 2 guests ages 13 and up can attend.

Government ID

You’ll need to take a picture of yourself that matches the photo on your ID. This is so Airbnb can confirm who’s actually going on the experience. You’ll only have to do this once.
