Craig holds a four year sport/ exercise degree and has been providing the local community with private training, group classes, and Corporate training for 20 plus years. We also provide nutritional counseling, and incorporate strength conditioning, core training, agility & balance.

A beautiful secluded beach, nestled in the marina. Palm trees and ocean breeze are one of the most appealing things about this place.
