I'm the founder of Peak Power Yoga & Wellness in Ojai, CA. During my 20-year career with NIKE, I taught in some of the top studios and fitness clubs in 5 US cities. What we’ll do

We'll meet at the end of Signal Road for a meet and greet a and then head to the trails for a 75-90 minute invigorating minute hike in the Topa Topa Mountains followed by a 15-minute movement class (Foundation Training and yoga blend) overlooking the Ojai Valley.

Wear sturdy, comfortable shoes and bring a bottle of water.

Where you'll be

We'll hike some of the most scenic trails in the Ojai Valley where we will do a blend of yoga and Foundation Training with breathtaking views of the city.
