What you'll do
My workshop will be divided into two moments: the first one will see us into Nature, like a park or a garden; the second one will be dedicated to the reflection and to the sharing of our experience lived in the woods. Even though activities may vary according to the group’s “feeling”, here below I simplify how the first moment will be performed: -“Grounding”, this will allow us to fully connect ourselves back with reality, and to fully root ourselves back in the present moment. -”Warming up”, these are simple warming physical exercises to be practiced in the woods. -”Vegetal Prano Therapy”, (from Sanskrit “prana”, Life, vital breathe) similarly to traditional prano therapy, vegetal pranotherapy will see us put our hands on the tree trunk in order to let the passage of the Prana from the tree to us. -”Hugging the tree”, usually, to Vegetal Pranotherapy follows the tree hugging. A powerful and beautiful yet simple exercise; it will instill vitality and strength inside you, getting nourished, stabilized and healed. -”Barefooting”, walking bare foot on natural grounds will offer you surprising tactile sensory experiences. and other special moments in the Nature : )
I propose Silvotherapy workshop, for all those who feel the need to reconnect with the energy nutrition offered by the Mother Earth, and in particular with the energy released by the trees. This stage will be divided into two moments: the first one will see us into Nature, like a park or a garden; the second one will be dedicated to the reflection and to the sharing of our experience lived in the woods. Even though activities may vary according to the group’s “feeling”, in the first moment we can learn some practices in the Nature such as grounding, warming up, hugging the trees and so on.
After the workshop, I'll be pleasure to offer you a warm infusion, having a rest together, in a peaceful dimension : )
Where you'll be
We will conduct the Silvotherapy workshop in a beautiful park, called Parco Amendola based in Modena. After a first moment of immersion and experiences in the Nature (ex: grounding, warming up; hugging the trees etc...), In a second moment, we will be able to value all the things we have lived, by sharing our feelings. We might also do some readings together, on whatever celebrates the Beauty of Nature (ex: Emerson books, Whitman poems etc...)

Up to 10 guests ages 18 and up can attend.
I suggest you to wear comfortable clothes and sneakers. Remember to bring a notebook and a pen with you... they can be useful during this experience : )
