What you'll do
We will enjoy the pleasure of preparing Veneto cuisine experience by working together the whole menu step by step. The menu begins with three starters: the ‘baccalà mantecato’ - creamed cod typical of Vicenza with ‘polenta’-corn flour mush, small shrimps salad with lettuce and boiled baby octopuses, then, as main entry, the seafood risotto and it ends with the tiramisù dessert with biscuits. You will be given a small brochure with written recipes. The menu will be accompanied by Prosecco di Conegliano (one bottle every two guests). Finally coffee will be served.
Chef for training and for life experience, I learned the basics at the Albertini Institute in Treviso, then I expanded my ability attending specific cooking classes on healthy cuisine and i'm cooking leader for the local public hospital. Enjoy cooking all the traditional Veneto dishes; nevertheless curious to experience all international cuisine. Reach your soul with Veneto cuisine in a personal home experience.

Up to 6 guests ages 18 and up can attend.
You’ll need to take a picture of yourself that matches the photo on your ID. This is so Airbnb can confirm who’s actually going on the experience. You’ll only have to do this once.
This experience includes alcohol. Only guests who meet the legal drinking age will be served alcoholic beverages.
