What you'll do
An immersive experience exploring breath, Mantra, Mindful movement and Meditation on the Zen Roof Garden with views overlooking the valley. The mini retreat will begin with exploring breathing into different areas of the lungs with Pranayama practice and the use of mantra and sound with the breath, culminating with Pranava Aum mantra and also using mindful movements to enhance our connection with breath and body sensations. After a short pause to enjoy a herbal tea or some spring water we will move onto some guided mindful meditation practices, including group discussion and ending the morning with a guided Yoga Nidra & Body Scan.
Alex & Billy
Alex is a certified Meditation Teacher, Reiki Master and Yoga Teacher who has been practicing for over 15 years. Alex is an experienced retreat leader and has specialised for a few years in Yoga, Mindfulness and Yoga Nidra retreats to create a space for people to heal, relax, unwind and discover how to use these practices in everyday life.

Yoga in Sardinia is a Non Profit Cultural Association promoting and educating the practices and spiritual principles of Hatha Yoga, Meditation and Holistic Health. We offer low cost Hatha Yoga courses as well as seminars, workshops and retreats in Yoga, Mindfulness and Reiki and additionally offering a range of Holistic Therapy treatments.
This is a social impact experience where 100% of what you pay for this experience goes to Yoga in Sardinia.

We will be inviting you to experience the mini retreat and enjoy the relaxation of our Zen roof Garden in the Sardinian countryside overlooking the valley and vineyards.
Things to keep in mind
Any experience can be cancelled and fully refunded within 24 hours of purchase.
Always communicate through Airbnb. To protect your payment, never transfer money or communicate outside of the Airbnb website or app.
Up to 10 guests ages 18 and up can attend.
You’ll need to take a picture of yourself that matches the photo on your ID. This is so Airbnb can confirm who’s actually going on the experience. You’ll only have to do this once.
No previous meditation experience is necessary, just a willingness to trying with an open mind. You sill be sat for periods of time, we can provide chairs for people unable to sit comfortably on a meditation cushion on the ground.
