What you'll do
We’ll begin our evening with an aperitif. Then, once everyone’s acquainted, we’ll roll up our sleeves and get cooking! The three courses with 6 dishes on the menu are Berlin-based dishes with a twist, using regional, seasonal, organic produce as much as possible. Moving between the kitchen and the table, you’ll learn new cooking techniques and, more importantly, how to infuse your food with love. When our dishes are ready, we’ll gather round the Hidden’s cosy living room table to feast. As the wine flows, this is the part of the night that people tend to lose track of time. I’ll be eating with you—there to talk about the food, answer your questions, and refill your glass. By the end of the night, you’ll have a full belly, some recipes up your sleeve, and hopefully a new friend or two!
Originally from Lower Saxony, I’ve always loved cooking, especially discovering new and unusual ingredients. I started the supper club in 2011 as a hobby, and have had hundreds of happy diners through my doors since. My motto is “Do What Makes You Happy”—for me, that’s cooking the kind of food that brings people together. Well, that...and sharp knives and lemons!

Where you'll be
Nestled on the leafy streets of Prenzlauer Berg’s Winsviertel, the Hidden is no ordinary restaurant. It’s a culinary project space, a cooking workshop, and a home amongst friends. Here, you’ll find hidden recipes, hidden ingredients, and herbs and microgreens from the hidden garden in the cellar...
