What you'll do
I'll teach you how to cook traditional Moroccan food using a tagine—an earthenware pot with a conical lid. Together we'll make chicken apricot tagine and lemon couscous. While the tagine cooks, we'll nosh on chef-prepared Moroccan-inspired appetizers. Vegetarian and other dietary needs by request. Please ask as I'm happy to accommodate if possible. *Class runs with a minimum of 4 students*. I will contact you if class minimum is not met to reschedule or get a refund. I also host this class and many other classes as a private experience for company team building or personal celebrations such as birthdays, bridal showers, anniversaries. Just me message and we can chat about your needs.
I'm a private chef and cooking teacher based in Berkeley, California. A kitchen is my creative space and I love sharing my passion for cooking with others. I host company team-building experiences, cooking classes and private chef for events. I want a world where it’s easy to join together with family, friends, colleagues and enjoy a shared meal. And, I see dietary restrictions as an opportunity for inclusivity and creativity. My other passion is basketball, and my dream came true when I became the private chef for NBA players on the Golden State Warriors. Check out what over 80 clients are saying on my Yelp Page: "Cook with Chef Traci", I host this class and many other classes as a private experience for company team building or personal celebrations such as birthdays, anniversaries, etc. Just me message and we can chat.
