What you'll do

This is a fun, light run/jog which starts with warm-up and walk-through of the route on maps. We discuss the pace and anything specific that guests would like to see in the tour.
We’ll set out at a moderate pace (10-minute mile) on Front st East and explore Hockey Hall of Fame, Berczy Park, St Lawrence Market. Head south to Waterfront Trail, where we run along Lake Ontario and see Sugar Beach, center island, Harbor Front, Porter Airport, H2O Park, Musical Garden and Coronation Park. We complete the run at Brookfield Place (BCE place) where we see Toronto's Underground Path, which is the longest in the world. We will walk a section of the PATH. The entire run is a 5 mile loop, completed at a very relaxed pace with plenty of stops. We run on pedestrian pathways and running trails. Waterfront Trail is one of the best in the world and part of Canada's best marathon.
The group usually hangs out after the experience for coffee or drinks nearby. However, it is not mandatory and not a part of the actual experience.
I am very flexible, so the entire tour (pace, timings, etc.) can be customized as per your needs. Feel free to reach out before or after booking to discuss specific needs.

Where you'll be

We'll start in downtown and cover parks along waterfront and Toronto's West side including the Harbourfront, Lakeshore trail, Exhibition Place, CN Tower, and the Hockey Hall of Fame. We'll be running along Yonge St, Martin Goodman Trail, Strachan Avenue, and King Street on pedestrian walkways and running trail. This is one of the best trails in the world for runners and has great views of Toronto's skyline.
