What you'll do
I'll take you on an aficionado's urban trail run in North London, taking in a hidden railway line, a picturesque forest in historic Highgate and finishing with the incredible views from Hampstead Heath. I'll tell you how I ran 1174 miles from John O'Groats to Land's End in six weeks, averaging a marathon per day and you'll get an exclusive signed copy of my book at the end of the run, as we relax over a hard-earned drink.
I'm a keen ultrarunner, filmmaker and writer, forever planning a new adventure. My first book, Downhill From Here, was published in 2017. I love trail-running, following in the footsteps of my heroes Dean Karnazes and Scott Jurek. I'll show you my favourite, mid-length, off-road routes in this amazing city - one of the world's best for running. My favourite post-run reward is chocolate.
