After studying yoga, macrobiotics, and aromatherapy, I discovered Chi Nei Tsang, a form of Chinese bodywork focusing on the abdomen. I now use it to bring my clients comfort and relaxation.

About the organisation

Our concept of organization is “Heal yourself heals the world”. Lots of people recently suffering from stress, and it affects body to break the health. Before feeling the urgency to go to hospital, you can check your health status and maybe notice that you are ill before it develops. I will share you how to massage your inner organ by touching skin by yourself.

Where you'll be

Let’s meet up at JR Harajuku Station. We’ll head to Yoyogi park where we do Self Chi Nei Tsang Yoga.You might have time to lie on the ground, so let’s immerse ourselves in lux moment.
