What you'll do

Starting from Fosa Harbour we will sail towards Osljak - the smallest inhabited island in Croatia, and spend some quality time on the island to enjoy the beauties and quietness of the island. After that we will head to island Galevac, small island with the 15th century Franciscan monestary which is only accesible by a small boat. Last but not least is island Ugljan with its beautifull beaches, coctails bars and fresh sea food restaurants. Depending on the weather conditions we also anchor the boat at the island bays for snorkling, swiming or just jumping from the boat.

You will spend your time on a 8m Croatian traditional wooden boat that was built by my relatives in 1972. Your cruise will take place in Zadar canal-nearby island of Zadar. This is a great way to expirience the local islands and its bays where no big touristic ships can not access. This tour is made for up to 6 people; famillies, couples or friends. Do not expect luxury boat, its a 47 years "young" lady. She is steered old fashioned way so you are welcome to try if you wish.

We reserve the right to cancel the expirience in case of:
-bad weather
-minimum number of participans not met -minimum 2 participans.

I am a founder of Irma boats, company which provides private boat tours on Croatian traditional wooden boat. These boats are not that common to see any more, modern fiber glass boats has almost replaced them. Six years ago I have decaide to restore my familly wooden boat and show people the beautys of Zadar's nearby island and its gorgeous bays, the places where my friends, familly and I have spend our free time as a getaway from the city life. Now I am happy and grateful to share my experiences with you.

Where you'll be

Every island in Croatia, except the National Park, is conected with the maind land via public transportation, but sand bays and small island like Ošljak and Galevac are best seen and experienced by boat, so majority of our time we will spend at those places.

We had a swim and went snorkelling in a lovely bay and visited two beautiful islands. Also loved the wooden boat - all in all a wonderful day :) Thanks Šime!

We enjoyed a great trip and highly recommend the tour. It was very relaxing, the spots were not owercrowed (very calm and nice) and we really felt comfortable. Thank you!

Sailing a small boat is something you need to live at least once! Our captain Šzime made us feeling safe and comfortable what was even more important that it was completely new experience to us. Both locations were great, though we loved more the first one so we can recommend opting to spend more time there. Thank you for the trip!

We had a great time on the “Young Lady”. We got to see and learn about the beautiful surrounding islands, swim, and eat some good food - what’s not to love. Ante was super flexible and responsive which was great for us as the weather was always changing. We’d recommend

My friends and I really enjoyed our tour. We jumped off the roof of the boat and enjoyed swimming in the sea. The views were amazing and enjoyed visiting other islands we wouldn’t have been able to on our own.

We had such a great experience! Sime took us to a couple of the islands, let us wander or swim, the anchored out and let us swim of the boat. All the while telling us interesting facts about the Islands, some history, and what it was like growing up there. He went above and beyond to make sure we were having a good experience. Would recommend this highly.
