What you'll do

3 hours of meditation and breathing practice that allow you to connect with yourself, expand your awareness and have tools to combat stress, anxiety and depression.

The first hour we take you step by step to understand how your breathing and your body posture affect your biology and how you can use them as biologically and scientifically proven tools to achieve your physical, mental and emotional well-being.

We then do an assessment and a test, to know how functional your breathing is. And then we perform a series of breathing exercises to calm your mind and regulate your emotions. Tools that you can continue to use in your every day life.

And we end with a practice of deep meditation to put into practice everything learned.

After this experience you will never see your breathing and your life in the same way, and you will transform the way you deal with stress, anxiety and depression.

We are meditation instructors and certified instructors in breathing techniques and physical fitness. Together we are dedicated to sharing these practices to help people have a fuller, creative, healthy and peaceful life.

Meditation has been part of our lives almost three decades ago when my father started practicing Zen with French teacher Reitai Lemort in 1989. Initially, it started as a family thing, but then we decided to share it with others. Then we decided to combine what was learned in Zen with functional breathing techniques, pranayamas, and postural reeducation, to allow the western people to approach this practice more easily.

Where you'll be

The first part of this experience will be in our house, it is a space in the middle of nature where you can see both the city and the mountains. Here we will make the induction on how our breathing works, the importance of the posture and how to settle in it. then we will meditate outdoors, and put into practice everything learned.

The location is magical, Lucas and Antonio genuinely cared about us. They showed us tips that we can use in our every day life. They were wonderful and we really connected each other, the experience was planned for 3 hours but we spend 4.5 hours with them. The experinece itself shows how we can exprecience deep meditation they gave us tips and exercises. Really recomendable for those who what to try meditation in the middle of the mountains. At the end, They offered a relly nice lunch.

Cancellation policy

Any experience can be cancelled and fully refunded within 24 hours of purchase, or at least 7 days before the experience starts.

Government ID

You’ll need to take a picture of yourself that matches the photo on your ID. This is so Airbnb can confirm who’s actually going on the experience. You’ll only have to do this once.

Up to 8 guests ages 18 and up can attend. Parents may also bring children under 2 years of age.
