What you'll do

Take your bike and cross by the busy streets of Hanoi. You will cycle through the urban outskirts of Hanoi and pass Hanoi’s oldest bridge, The Long Bien, which was built by the famous Eiffel Construction company in 1902. Cycling through back roads and along the banks of the Red River to see local villagers in their daily work of life. You will come to visit a local artist’s house to study his art and view his tree house with special style. We’ll continue cycling through the tranquil banana and vegetable farming area of Red River Island. There will be lots of opportunities to stop and take photos of the beautiful surroundings and the locals working on their farms. Heading off to the pottery village of Quang Ba where ceramics are stacked waiting to be taken into Hanoi by bicycle. This route takes us past the Red River’s floating houses and fields of colorful flowers.

I was born in Hanoi and living in the city most of my life. I love to cycle every day rather than other normal transportation such as motorbike or cars. Living in a city with lots of motorbikes makes me feel cycling is a best way to exercise and keep our city green. It is such a lovely city with many things to discover such as city center, river, countryside by the river. I am very keen on to show you our places by bike and learn about life in and outside of Hanoi as a host and I am sure you will have great experience with lots of adventure activities here.
