What you'll do
If you love to eat and cook come and join me in the SudKitchen Laboratory. In a professional but informal atmosphere I will personally guide you to discover the secrets of the perfect pasta dish. I will teach you how to make many types of homemade pasta in a real kitchen workshop. We will make dough with egg, semolina and water and colored dough with vegetables. You will learn the cutting techniques and we will make sauces to accompany our pastas. At the end of the experience we will cook all the pasta and sauces made during the lesson and we will eat them with excellent wine and a selection of typical cold cuts and cheeses, artisanal and organic.

In 2015 I left the profession of Architect to study at the ALMA - International School of Italian Cuisine and I started my experience as a professional chef doing experiences in Puglia, Milan and London. I currently live in Lecce, I am the owner and chef of SudKitchen, a grocery/delicatessen, where you can shop&taste typical products from Southern Italy.

Our Lessons will take place in the historic center of Lecce, in a professional laboratory in a cozy grocery and delicatessen characterized by typical "volte a stella".
