What you'll do
We will start with our sourdough starter, you will learn how to make it from scratch, maintain and keep alive! We will bake delicious loaves and a fougasse (a pretty looking bread from south of France), croissants, apple cookies, almond-blackcurrant-lemon tart and you will have a chance to see the difference between long and short fermentation. I will share all my knowledge and some Cordon Bleu tips but more importantly we will have so much fun! It'll be a great homely experience rather than a formal class. The best part will be having lunch together of our freshly baked bread with home-made dips & jams. There will be so much delicious bread & pastry made to take home and share with your loved ones!
My Dear Guests, I am Fulden and my own story started with a deep respect for food and traditions based on my family heritage, travels and work experience. I have been baking and cooking with my mother and my grandmother since I was a child and I am so in love with it. I love to travel, cook, meet new people and share my passion and family recipes with others... My goal is to create an intimate learning experience that is fun-filled, friendly and inviting to both children and adults. I love to get people excited about spending time together in the kitchen. Professionally, I have a training and development and management background in the corporate food and beverage industry. I also ran my own boutique cafe in Warwickshire.

Where you'll be
We will be cooking or baking in my lovely home, there is an airy & light kitchen extension and you'll love the interior decor. If it's sunny, we will eat outside in the garden. 20 minutes walk or 3 minutes drive from the town centre. Please let me know if you need a lift.
