Our pasta-making class is fun, creative and interesting and will turn you into an Italian pasta expert! I am Chef Federico and under my guidance, you will learn every secret about making fresh pasta. Where you'll be

We will have the cooking class in my personal kitchen, in downtown Milan. We could eat in our rooftop, a very quiet terrace surrounded by the greenery of our plants and flowers, among the scents of jasmine, wisteria, rosemary, sage, thyme and other aromatic plants. In Spring or Summer, I will take you to the street market where we can buy fresh and high quality ingredients (on Monday/Thursday, Via Cesariano, on Tuesday/Saturday, via Fauché).
