Snap E Bikes exceeded our expectations. Because the weather was a little dicey that morning, we didn't know if we would be able to do the tour at all. However, about an hour before our scheduled meet time, we were contacted by Michael. He indicated he would be willing to have us go to his shop, have an orientation on the bikes, and then recheck the weather to see if it would be possible for us to go out. Long story short, we had an extremely fun two hours on the bikes and when the weather did turn rainy on us, we went back to his shop. We re-evaluated the weather, and then he graciously offered to complete the tour with his personal vehicle. Absolutely recommend Snap E Bikes!!

Snap e bike Niagara Falls experience is a must! My goal was to get a great view of the Canadian side of Niagara Falls and the surrounding area—Niagara River and Parks—and Barb at Snap e Bike provided all the views plus some historical sites. There is one spot near the view of Horseshoe Falls where the mist rains down, so be prepared to get a little wet. So much fun! We were able to take plenty of time at each stop for pictures and a little exploring while Barb stayed with the bikes. Snap e bike also provided fluids and snacks to take with us on the ride in the bike trunk and on our return we had special ice cream treat. Best of all, the bikes performed great and the 4-hour ride was a breeze thanks to the electric motor—hills were not a problem. You get a tutorial from Michael and Barb on how to operate the bike and then take a test ride on their property. It’s a “snap” to learn.

Really great way to see the sights and learn some things about the illustrious history of Niagara Falls. The guides are friendly and patient, helping you feel at ease and letting you see the particular sights at your own pace. The free snacks yountake with you are definitely a nice touch, and they keep you satisfied with the biking experience. Also helping that experience are the bikes themselves, which are sturdy and easy to use, allowing for easy navigation of the hills and terrain.
