What you'll do
Let's discover together the island of the city: l'île de la Cité! We will meet at the St Michel Square, in front of the fountain. We will finish in the Pont-neuf, not very far from there. it is a small Island! I can't wait to show you around: it is here that Paris has grown to go through history: the history of this place began thousands of years before Christ until today. Here, the Celts, Romans, Franks and countless Kings have built an incredible city and their power over the whole country. Here, the revolution lived its bloodiest hours. In the 19th century, the island will undergo a major architectural and social upheaval. With a walk in the streets we will discover the secrets of the most beautiful monuments, as well as the most beautiful views of the city. I will tell you stories about Notre Dame, about theold Palace of the kings, architecture, about epic battles or tragic love stories... I love history, and I really want to show you how this small place is so important for Paris and France. At the end of the tour, we can take a cofee together in a café nearby. I will be glad to answer your question about your stay.
