What you'll do
Benefit from the expertise of a local specialist in one of Switzerland's largest wine-growing regions and its wines of incredible quality! From 2 to 14 people, we will guide you through the vineyards of the Côte and the experience of tasting Swiss wines, discovering more about your wine preferences and learning more about the specificities of French-speaking Switzerland:) On D-Day, we will meet at 5:30 p.m. at the address I will indicate. 1. The experience begins with a walk in the vineyards around Féchy and Mont-sur-Rolle (mostly on foot) with an incredible view of the vines, the lake and the mountains 2. Followed by a visit to a magnificent and old cellar in the region 3. Finally, a tasting of typical Swiss wines in a tasting room in a cellar in the region normally closed to the public to discover the wines of the Vaud region in complete privacy. At 7:30/8:00 pm, the experiment comes to an end. The bonus would be a recommendation for a restaurant to finish the evening!
We, Marielle and Valentin, business economist and winegrower/cavist, organize introductions to Swiss wine tasting in the Féchy/Mont-sur-Rolle region on the Côte. We are two young people who are passionate about our region and wine and we are all the more eager to show you the wonders that are found in all corners of the country (wine) and to make you discover these flavours. We are committed to making you discover grape varieties, wines, but also a region and a way of life. Between French, German, English and Spanish we emphasize our openness and flexibility. The skills of oenology, as well as those of receiving and teaching the know-how of education, make the proposed experience complete and rich.
